Refunds Return Policy

SpaceNXT Labs does not have a return or refund on any product/service purchased. However, a customer can exchange/transfer a product/service , conditions for which are as below.

Transfer policy (Services): At SpaceNXT Labs a service can be transferred to another individual on account of any dissatisfaction in delivery. Customers can email us at contact@spacenxtlabs.com immediately on receiving the service.

Discounted services are non transferrable. All transfers are subject to evaluation by the SpaceNXT Labs team.

Exchange policy (Products): At SpaceNXT Labs a product can be exchanged only if there is a manufacturing defect. Customers can email us at contact@spacenxtlabs.com within two calendar days of receiving the shipment.

Products must be in the condition you received them. Any item returned that is damaged beyond what has been emailed as proof to us will be refused & returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges do not apply to non-returnable items. All exchanges are subject to evaluation by the SpaceNXT Labs team.
