We, at SpaceNXT Labs are strongly committed to building a sustainable, equitable, safe, healthy and diverse communities through an executive committee led directly by the founders of the organization. We strive to implement the ESG values into all aspects of our business including training, R&D, stakeholder collaboration and sale of products.
Environmental Initiatives
- Focused on reduction of overall electricity and water consumption by enforcing vigilant measures
- Reduction in pollution by introducing virtual workplace initiatives
- ‘RecycleNXT’ is an initiative by SpaceNXT Labs to efficiently recycle plastic waste
- Activities on a quarterly basis to enlighten about Environmental awareness among all stakeholders which includes reverse mentoring
Social Responsibility
- The ‘SL Give Smiles’ social initiative introduced by the company focusses on providing free education, essentials and stationery supply to the needy and disadvantaged
- Organizational Health and Safety practices are of paramount importance and hence we have policies in place drafted by researchers in the field
- We encourage diversity at workplace at all levels
- We offer a competitive compensation with allowances to all full-time employees
- Activities on a quarterly basis to socialize among stakeholders and also promote cultural exchange
Governance
- Transparency and accountability at all levels of the business especially in terms of auditing, financing , reporting ,etc.

- We strive towards ensuring diversity especially among the board of directors
- Our secretarial tasks and audits are maintained by firms who have been endorsed by over 1500 companies
